The Red Knights Baseball Club is a nonprofit youth baseball club based in Manti, Utah. This page explains what information we collect through this website and our registration forms, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Player registration information

When a parent or guardian registers a player, we collect the details on the registration form. That includes the player's name, date of birth, and team; parent/guardian and emergency contact details; medical information such as allergies, medications, and conditions; insurance and physician details; signed acknowledgments; and, if provided, a copy of the player's birth certificate.

• This information is kept in private club Google Sheets. Only authorized board members can access them.
• We use it only for club operations: team rosters, age-group verification, player safety and emergencies, insurance, and contacting families.
• Coaches can see the emergency and roster information for their own team only.

Coach & Board Portal

Coaches and board members can sign in to a private portal with their Google account. When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address, which we use to check whether you are allowed to access the portal and which team you coach. We don't receive your Google password or any other Google account data.

• Sign-in uses a secure session cookie that expires after a few hours. The portal sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
• Player information shown in the portal is read from the club's private Google Sheets each time you view it. It isn't stored on this website.

What we don't do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We don't share it with anyone outside the club, except when needed for a player's medical care or emergency, for insurance, or when the law requires it.
• We don't use your information for advertising.

Website analytics

Our public pages use basic, privacy-friendly visit counts (Vercel Web Analytics) to see which pages are visited. They don't use cookies or identify individual visitors.

Keeping and removing information

We keep registration records only as long as we need them for club operations, insurance, and record-keeping. Parents and guardians may ask to review, correct, or delete their player's information at any time.

Children's privacy

Registration information about players is provided by their parents or guardians. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.
